About the project

The works at located on the ground floor of 1 Bishopsgate Plaza consisted of taking the existing shell and core space to a fully functioning high end patisserie. The fit out included, new heating and cooling via a new VRF system, full public health and electrical installation coordinated to suit the commercial ovens and chilled display counters.

Italian Carrera marble flooring was laid throughout the whole space with the refrigerated display counters clad with contrasting Italian Marble.

Display units made from orbitally brushed stainless steel were installed behind the counter and within the seating areas,
Banquette seating following the profile of the external picture windows was installed, Marble tables matching the servery
counters provided the covers for the café.

The patisserie is also used as access to the Silverleaf bar located on level 3. As the bar is open late, an out of hours scenario was created by installing a folding wall in front of the servery, this is used to close off parts of the patisserie in the evening.
