This latest scheme focuses on creating a fully functioning workplace that supports team requirements, operational needs and future growth.

A key part of this project has been balancing headcount targets with the space needs of individual teams, alongside landlord service provisions.
Our in-house design team worked closely with the client and their wider professional team to understand how the business operates and how the space needs to function day-to-day. This approach allowed us to develop a design that supports efficient working, and practical use of space.
In-House Design and Building Services
One of the advantages of working with Verity Interiors is our ability to deliver both workplace and building services design in-house. For this project, our team completed the full design package, bringing everything together under one roof. This approach helps simplify coordination and supports a smoother design and delivery process, while keeping the client closely involved in key decisions.
Joinery and Furniture to Support a Functional Workspace
To achieve the required headcount while maintaining a high-quality environment, we specified a balanced mix of bespoke joinery and furniture, working in partnership with IPJ. This allowed us to make the most of the available space while still delivering a bright, modern and practical workplace that supports both people and performance.
Flexible Design and Build Delivery
Verity Interiors operates across both traditional and Design & Build procurement routes. We can deliver projects on a full Design & Build basis or through Stage 4 Detailed Design, depending on what best suits the client and the project.
