About the project
The works at Market Square involved the creation of four board room quality meeting rooms, collaboration space and break out area. The space was fitted out from a shell and core condition.
All meeting rooms were constructed to achieve high acoustic performance, 50db cooling was provided and due to the limited ceiling heights FCU were secreted behind bespoke joinery panelling.
Lighting was installed throughout and controlled and connected to the in house Lytton lighting scheme.
Optima glazing was installed to the meeting room fronts, both sliding and pivot doors were installed. AV was provided throughout the space.
Bespoke joinery was installed to the collaboration and break out areas, crown cut book matched Oak was the veneer of choice. Solid stone worktops were installed with Carrera marble splash back. Oak timber and Bolon flooring was laid throughout the scheme.
