Tom joined Verity as a third Director having known James and Rob for over 7 years in the Construction Industry and to bring another string to the Verity bow. Tom has run Commercial and Operational Teams in various sectors of the industry and strives on building relationships whilst delivering outstanding projects. His belief in a positive team culture has been the foundation of success internally and externally to any project or business.

When Tom is away from the business he is a dedicated family man, an avid fisherman, and enjoys travelling to various countries exploring their various cultures… sampling the food and wine as he goes!

Having known James and Rob for some time, the opportunity to join them at Verity was a no brainer. Culture reflects on how a business conducts itself to all of the stakeholders it deals with, and having all worked for larger corporate entities, a chance to do things a little different with two likeminded friends was never going to be turned down. Having come from a commercial background I have always made it my business to make the commercial aspects of a business non-adversarial and plainly sensible, supporting everyone in the wider teams goal… exceptionally delivered projects. If this is achieved, everything else becomes very straight forward!
